bvidz.com is not really a social site for the masses. bvidz.com employs webrtc, rtmp, socket technologies to provide tools for members to share their works.

By subscribing and using any of the features of https://bvidz.com you the member will need to agree to and abide by the following terms:

Presumption of Responsible content:

Members are expected to reflect on 'Right Speech' when live streaming any content, using chat or communicating with other bvidz.com members.

Rightly communicated means member content information is; Accurate, Correct, Factual. Timely.

BVidz members are responsible for respectable and cordial behaviour with all BVidz members.

Forbidden on bvidz.com:

Members shall Refrain from the following:

Streaming or presenting content whilst intoxicated. Participating in any streams or activities with other bvidz members whilst intoxicated.

Posting or streaming; Images, media, posts, articles, video and/or public or private communication (including private messaging) that includes:

Porn, Nudity of any kind, Adult themed content, Illegal content (varies in each country - know the laws of your land), Doxing of any user, Gambling, promoting gambling, Lotteries, False Medical Claims, Harmful content, Self Harm, Harming of Humans and animals, gaming, Gossip slop, Child pornography or exploitation, Harassment, False and/or misleading information, Fraudulent claims, Race baiting, demeaning, sowing division with bvidz members through gossip and back biting behaviour, Inciting violence, making of weaponry and/or spreading Spam and/or spamming activities.

Upload or distribute viruses or any malicious code. Solicitation of members, Asking any member for private details (unless there is full consent or personal relationship is established, and even then it is discouraged to share private details with anyone online).

Bulk Following/Unfollowing: Excessive following or unfollowing large numbers of accounts, Interaction churn: Repeated following/unfollowing actions to gain engagement, Mention, Quote, or Reply Spam: Frequently mentioning, quoting, or replying to many members, Spam Posting: Sending multiple identical or irrelevant posts/messages/communications.

Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other members including disputes. However, the disputes must not violate the Terms in point 2. BVidz administrators shall not monitor disputes and is immune from any liability for your interactions. Bvidz.com members can block/unblock any user at any time. If a dispute is getting out of hand and believed to be illegal or nefarious kindly contact administrators through contact page.

To create an account on bvidz.com you need to be over sixteen years of age. This is in line with current online safety laws in Australia. You will be asked at Registration for your age. If Members suspect an underage user kindly report to admin via message or contact via our contact page. If administrators suspect a user to be underage, account will be suspended or removed immediately.

bvidz members are permitted to advertise for up to thirty seconds per every ten minutes of streaming or using video playlists feature. (or in hourly terms - three minutes per hour of stream or video playlist feature). Advertising longer than the time limit will result in suspension or termination of account. Advertising requires approval from Administrators beforehand.

Kindly avoid flooding stream with promotions, advertising or seeking political or religious contribution. Needs to be done appropriately and within above mentioned time limit.

Advertising not permitted:

Anything related to or directly - lingerie, Adult toys or products, any type of soft or hard adult themes, nudity of any kind, gambling sites et al., making of weaponry, drugs or alcohol, violence themed, money lending, harming humans or animals.

Political funding:

Requires written approval from the Administrators. Please contact administrators via contact page with exact details.

Charitable/Religious funding:

Charity/Religious organisation needs to be properly registered and provide correct legal documentation to be approved by Administrators. Please contact administrators via contact page with exact details.

Please note:

bvidz.com and its administrators are not liable nor responsible for any Promotion, Political/Religious funding or requests, and/or Advertising by any member even if bvidz administrators have approved the documentation or advertising beforehand (bvidz administrators can fall prey to scammers or fraudulent requests as well). Please be vigilant with any requests for online donations or promotion by any member. This is the internet anything is possible.

bvidz.com and its administrators are not responsible nor liable for your content. bvidz.com provides streaming services only and Terms of use.

i) Your content is always yours.

You are responsible for copyright and terms of use of your content. bvidz.com members and Public may have access to your content. You can create your own terms and permissions in Your Profile Bio if/when other members would like to use your content. Viewers must consider same when speaking or using chat on any stream.

ii) Follower Only Streaming.

Followers must ask or make a request in writing to specific Streamer for permission to record or use their content in any way. Not doing so will result in a copyright infringement violation and other penalties such as legal action against you and termination of your bvidz account.

iii) Member Only Streaming.

Members must ask or make a request in writing for permission to record or use specific Streamer content in any way. Not doing so will result in a copyright infringement violation and other penalties such as legal action against you and termination of your bvidz account.

iv) Public streaming.

If a member chooses to stream publicly, the stream becomes Public domain. Anyone can record or clip the stream. If this is not suitable kindly stream to Members or followers only. Set your terms. Viewers also need to consider this when speaking or chatting on Public streams. Also note: Participants of Public streams need to be mindful that the anyone can view the stream. Bvidz administrators will monitor Public or any streams strictly. Any violation of the Terms in this document will result in account suspension or removal. Legal disputes may occur if Streamer or viewers are engaging in malicious behaviour or trying to sabotage bvidz.com platform. Participants in Public streams need to uplift and respect the reputation of bvidz.com and its administrators.

v) Streamer Content belongs to the Streamer.

The Streamer is liable and responsible for the content presented. Content must not violate the Terms of this document nor the laws in the jurisdiction of where the content is presented.

Recording a Stream

Streamers and Viewers may record streams on their personal device. Bvidz.com has a protocol for recording streams herein:

Streamer Liability and Responsibility

If a Streamer is recording their Stream on their device, they must inform the Viewers that they are doing so. Streamers can do this by completing the 'Record' setting in 'Go Live' (if the feature is not working Streamer should notify via Live chat, and every ten minutes during stream inform viewers that the stream is being recorded). Please do not record a stream without telling your Viewers, this goes against the spirit of our intentions. Recording a stream without informing the viewers is regarded as malicious behaviour. Failure to comply will result in account suspension and may result in legal disputes for the Streamer.

Viewer Liability and Responsibility

Viewers who wish to record a Streamers content must ask for permission from the Streamer in a written request via messaging. Streamer must approve. Please do not record a stream without permission from the Streamer. Recording a stream without permission is regarded as malicious behaviour. Failure to comply will result in account suspension and may result in legal disputes between Streamer and viewer as it is a direct violation of the Terms.

bvidz.com and its administrators shall comply with the law. In the event of a legal dispute; If legal authorities approach us for your information they must provide a proper legal warrant. The administrators of bvidz.com will seek legal advice or counsel. If the legal warrant needs to be complied with, bvidz administrators will provide the authorities with your username and email address. Our privacy policy outlines our data management with member data.

If member/s stream illegal content or engage in illegal behaviour: bvidz.com administrators reserves the right to inform the appropriate authorities. Please do not ruin the intent of the creators of this platform. Do the right thing.

Bvidz administrators reserve the right to change and/or edit this Terms document at any time. If any of the Terms in this document are violated by any member bvidz administrators reserve the right to terminate or suspend violating member account without notice or reason.
