BVidz is a live streaming and web conferencing platform for sharing skills, knowledge, community projects, and creative work. It is open to individuals, businesses, and content creators.

By creating an account or using any feature of bvidz.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Responsible content:

Members are expected to reflect on 'Right Speech' when live streaming any content, using chat or communicating with other bvidz.com members.

Rightly communicated means member content information is; Accurate, Correct, Factual. Timely.

BVidz members are responsible for respectable and cordial behaviour with all BVidz members.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Members must not do any of the following:

Stream or participate in any activity while intoxicated.

Post, stream, or transmit (including via private messaging) any content that includes:

Porn, Nudity of any kind, Adult themed content, Illegal content (varies in each country - know the laws of your land), Doxing of any user, Gambling, promoting gambling, Lotteries, False Medical Claims, Harmful content, Self Harm, Harming of Humans and animals, gaming, Gossip slop, Child pornography or exploitation, Harassment, False and/or misleading information, Fraudulent claims, Race baiting, demeaning, sowing division with bvidz members through gossip and back biting behaviour, Inciting violence, making of weaponry and/or spreading Spam and/or spamming activities. AI-generated Live content, whether or not labelled as such.

Upload or distribute viruses or any malicious code.

Solicit members or request private personal details. While members may choose to share personal information with one another by mutual consent, BVidz discourages sharing private details with anyone online and is not liable for any consequences of doing so.

Engage in spam or manipulative engagement behaviour, including: bulk following or unfollowing, repeated follow/unfollow cycles to artificially inflate engagement, mass mentioning, quoting, or replying, and sending multiple identical or irrelevant messages.

Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other members, including any disputes that arise. All interactions must comply with the rules outlined in Section 2 (User Responsibilities).

BVidz administrators do not monitor member-to-member disputes and accept no liability for interactions between members. Members may block or unblock any other member at any time.

If a dispute escalates or you believe it involves illegal or harmful conduct, use the Flag feature provided.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on BVidz. This requirement is in line with current Australian online safety legislation.

If you suspect a user is underage, report them to administrators via direct message or the contact page. If administrators determine that a user is underage, the account will be suspended or terminated immediately.

Members may include advertising or promotional content for up to 30 seconds per 10 minutes of streaming or video playlist use (equivalent to 3 minutes per hour). Exceeding this limit will result in suspension or termination of the account.

All advertising requires prior written approval from administrators. Contact administrators via the contact page with full details before including any promotional content.

Do not flood a stream with promotions, advertising, or requests for political or religious contributions. All such content must be appropriate in tone and within the time limit above.

Advertising not permitted:

Lingerie or adult-themed products. Adult toys. Nudity of any kind. Gambling sites or services. Weapons or their manufacture. Drugs or alcohol. Violence-themed content. Money lending. Content that promotes harm to humans or animals.

Political funding:

Requires prior written approval from administrators. Contact administrators via the contact page with full details before soliciting any political contributions.

Charitable/Religious funding:

The organisation must be properly registered and provide valid legal documentation for review by administrators. Contact administrators via the contact page with full details before soliciting any donations.

Please note:

BVidz and its administrators accept no liability for any promotion, political or religious funding request, or advertising conducted by a member, even where administrators have reviewed or approved the documentation in advance. Administrators are not in a position to verify the legitimacy of every third-party request. Members are urged to exercise caution with any online donation or promotion request from any member.

BVidz and its administrators accept no liability for member-generated content. BVidz provides streaming infrastructure and the terms under which it operates; it does not create, edit, or endorse member content.

i) Your content is always yours.

You retain full ownership of all content you create or stream on BVidz. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Members and the public may view your content depending on your stream settings. You may set your own terms for how others may use your content in your profile bio. Viewers are expected to respect those terms when commenting, quoting, or referencing your content in chat or elsewhere.

ii) Follower Only Streaming.

Followers must obtain written permission from the streamer before recording, clipping, or using any content from a follower-only stream in any way. Doing so without permission constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and termination of your BVidz account.

iii) Member Only Streaming.

Members must obtain written permission from the streamer before recording, clipping, or using any content from a member-only stream in any way. Doing so without permission constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and termination of your BVidz account.

iv) Public streaming.

If you choose to stream publicly, your content is accessible to anyone on BVidz. This does not place your content in the public domain — you retain full copyright. However, by streaming publicly you acknowledge that viewers may view, and in some cases record, your stream. If this is not acceptable, set your stream to follower-only or member-only.

All participants in public streams (streamers and viewers) are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the platform and its community. BVidz administrators actively monitor all streams. Violations of these terms will result in account suspension or termination. Legal action may be pursued where a streamer or viewer engages in malicious conduct or attempts to undermine the platform.

v) Streamer Content belongs to the Streamer.

The streamer is solely liable and responsible for all content they present. Content must comply with these terms and with the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is broadcast.

Recording a Stream

Both streamers and viewers may record streams on their personal devices. The following rules apply:

Streamer Recording

If you are recording your own stream, you must inform viewers that recording is taking place. Use the "Record" setting in "Go Live" to display a notification. If the feature is unavailable, notify viewers via live chat at the start of the stream and at least every ten minutes thereafter. Recording a stream without informing viewers is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and legal consequences.

Viewer Recording

Viewers who wish to record a stream must request permission from the streamer in writing via BVidz messaging and receive explicit approval before recording. Recording a stream without the streamer's permission is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension, legal action by the streamer, or both.

BVidz complies with Australian law. If a law enforcement agency or other authorised body requests member data, they must present a valid warrant, court order, or other legally binding compulsion. Administrators will seek independent legal counsel before acting on any such request.

Where a valid warrant or order is confirmed, BVidz will disclose the minimum information required (typically username and registered email address). Our Privacy Policy outlines how member data is stored, accessed, and managed.

If a member streams illegal content or engages in conduct that BVidz believes is unlawful, administrators reserve the right to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

BVidz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If a member violates any of these terms, BVidz reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account without prior notice

Suspended members may appeal via the contact form within seven (7) days of suspension. If no appeal is lodged within this period, the suspension may become permanent and the account may be deleted.

Creating a new account to circumvent a suspension or termination is a violation of these terms. Any such account will be suspended or terminated without notice.
